How to Make a Bloody Mary Cocktail
The classic Bloody Mary is the hangover saviour you’ll need this weekend. With a history that's a little bit hazy (pun intended), the spicy concoction is best imbibed the morning after – and is the perfect pick-me-up for those mornings when you need a little hair of the dog.
Serve in – highball glass
Garnish with – Stick of celery, lemon slice, ground pepper, pickled vegetable (optional)
Ingredients
45ml Vodka
20ml Lemon Juice
Tomato Juice
2-3 Dashes of Tabasco Sauce
2-3 Dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
Stick of Celery to Garnish
Slice of Lemon to Garnish
Salt
Black Pepper
Method
Add the vodka, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt and pepper to your glass
Fill your glass with ice
Top glass with tomato juice and stir well to combine
Garnish with a stick of celery, a slice of lemon and some ground pepper on top
