How to Make a Marrickville Martini
Continuing the tradition of naming classic cocktail variations after the suburb or borough in which deliciously audacious spirits are crafted, the makers of Poor Toms Sydney Dry Gin have coined the Marrickville Martini from their distillery in Marrickville, Sydney. The Lillet Blanc draws out the freshness of the apple notes in the gin, while a splash of Aperol lifts the light, sweet berry elements. Dig in!
