ORANGE CURACAO

A February harvest of green walnuts from Michael Edwards’ orchard in the Yarra Ranges form the backbone of Marionette Nocino. Their iconic camphor aroma is complemented by the chocolate notes of toasted wattleseed. The tang of lemon myrtle completes this liqueur, Australian produce truly bringing this classic Italian digestif to life.
MURE
Perfect for Bramble, Blackberry Mule, Blackberry Tonics.
No light makes it through Marionette’s intensely dark blackberry spirit. The nose is earthy & full of dark fruit aroma. Tart & almost jammy on the first sip, the sweetness quickly falls away to a glorious, complex palate of sour cherry, spice & tannins.
AMARETTO
Perfect for Amaretto Sours or the Godfather cocktail.
The backbone of Marionette Amaretto is formed with almonds from the Keen family's lush biodynamic orchards on the Murray, macerated with a lick of golden syrup & a dash of salt. Marzipan characters of Goulburn Valley apricot kernels, held over from Marionette Apricot Brandy and Muscat from Australia's fortified-wine heartland Rutherglen rounds out this classic cocktail staple.
PEACH
