How to Make a Pisco Sour Cocktail
This sour cocktail from Peru is mega popular for a reason. It’s just that good. The Pisco Sour is sweet-tart, richly textured and crowned with a fluffy white top. Just don’t skip the aromatic bitters – they contribute to the drink’s final aesthetic and aroma.

Bartender’s Advice
Pisco is super versatile when pairing with different flavours, so for those wanting a more bitter result, you can try changing your lime to grapefruit. For a slightly sweeter result, give blood orange juice a go instead.
