How to Make a Salted Caramel Espresso Martini Cocktail
What do you get when you combine salted caramel with an espresso martini? Something akin to heaven. When done right, the cocktail is a perfect balance of bitter and sweet.
Served in — Coupe Glass or Martini Glass
Garnish — Coffee beans
Ingredients
30ml Fresh Espresso
45ml Vodka (We suggest Adelaide Hills Distillery 78 Degrees Vodka)
15ml Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
15ml Salted Caramel Syrup
Coffee Beans to garnish
Method
Brew the coffee and leave to cool quickly
Add coffee, vodka, Kahlua and salted caramel syrup into cocktail shaker
Add ice and shake, shake, shake vigorously until frothy
Double strain mixture into glass
Garnish with three coffee beans
