How to Make a Negroni Cocktail
The Negroni has emerged as a modern classic for its trio of bittersweet flavours. And while this traditional aperitif may be over 100 years old, it has never been more popular! It has its own dedicated week in June, it’s a smash on Instagram and it’s a staple on bar menus around the world. With equal parts gin, sweet vermouth and Campari, the Negroni is stirred in a mixing glass until adequately diluted, then poured over ice and garnished with an orange peel – so super easy. Just remember… there’s no Negroni without Campari!
