How to Make a White Lady Cocktail
The White Lady cocktail is a sophisticated, citrus-forward drink. The gin, liqueur, and lemon hit all the right notes, merging bracing botanicals with sweet orange and tart citrus. The egg white smooths any rough edges and yields a rich, silky body. If you are a fan of sour cocktails, the White Lady is right up your alley!

Bartender’s Tip
In deciding whether to use Marionette’s Orange Curaçao or Cointreau, consider whether you’d like to support local. Marionette go out of their way to only purchase fruit from small produce farmers at top dollar prices. Unheard of — we know. While the cocktail is traditionally made with Cointreau (a clear, orange-flavoured liqueur known as a Triple Sec which translates to ‘triple dry’), we’d like to suggest Melbourne liqueur producer Marionette. The brand’s Orange Curaçao Liqueur pours a grassy gold, with bright scents of gingerbread, fresh orange oil, warm spices, and sweet raisin on the palate. Ultimately, the decision is in your hands, and whichever you choose, the White Lady cocktail is a sure-fire winner.
