How to Make an Espresso Martini Cocktail
As bartenders, we’ve made a million of these kickers! There’s a good reason why. When done right, the cocktail is a perfect balance of sweet, rich, smooth, and utterly delicious. The best part is how quick and easy it is to make – all you need is four easy ingredients, a cocktail shaker, and a firm shake!
Served in — Martini glass or coupe glass
Garnish — Coffee beans
Ingredients
45ml Vodka (We Suggest Adelaide Hills Distillery 78 Degrees Vodka)
30ml Fresh Espresso
15ml Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
10ml Simple (Sugar) Syrup
Coffee Beans to Garnish
Method
Brew the coffee and leave to cool quickly
Add all coffee, vodka, Kahlua and sugar syrup into cocktail shaker
Add ice and shake, shake, shake vigorously until frothy
Double strain mixture into glass
Garnish with three coffee beans
